About

CMEPR is a forum for policy-relevant research using micro-economic and micro-econometric methods.  Hosted by GMU’s Schar School of Policy and Government, CMEPR organizes regular seminars through a series called the “Micro-Economic Policy Seminar” (MEPS).  MEPS speakers include prominent micro-economists from inside and outside George Mason University, in particular drawing on the many universities, agencies, and research organizations in the DC area.

MEPS is sometimes organized as a micro-econometrics reading group, in which students present selected papers, with a focus on design of research question and the types of data and econometrics methods used to address the question.

If you would like to be included on the MEPS mailing list for seminar announcements, please write Eric Childress (echildre@gmu.edu).
